There are many Vermont businesses serving water from a well or spring source, making the business owner responsible for the safety of the water available. The Vermont Water Supply Division, a state primacy of the EPA, regulates the safety of all public water systems through out Vermont.  


          Clear Water Operating Services employs several Class II Water Operators specializing in compliance regulations, completion of O&M Manual and Source Protection Plans, water testing and water treatment installation specific to regulated water systems.  Clear Water Operating Services has worked very closely with state engineers and state officials to bring several systems through out Vermont into compliance.
