Radon Removal System

Radon is a colorless, tasteless and odorless radioactive gas. It occurs naturally and is produced by the breakdown of uranium in soil, rock and water. Clear Water Filtration recommends testing for Radon in your water every 3-years. The Vermont Health Department recommends treatment if your Radon level is at or above 4,000 pCi/L. Showering, doing laundry or running the dishwasher present the greatest risks, as all processes can release Radon into the air.
