Creating beer is a science, and every element needs to line up to create the best flavored beers. 14th Star Brewing is on municipal water, also known as city water. Chemicals used to treat the water can often leave byproducts behind which ruins the flavor of the beer. We were able to install two CP213F Carbon Filters, which will treat all the water and remove byproducts to give the highest quality beer. Clear Water Filtration maintains this system on a yearly basis.
